Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 Is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Property Land Use Category See Exhibit A attached hereto. From: Medium Density Residential (LUP 88-29) , To: Industrial Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance Is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and elements thereof adopted pursuant to the Act. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
