AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY 13Y ZONING
4w . CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF AND
ADJOINING NORTHEAST COACHMAN ROAD, APPROXIMATELY
1,250 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF NORTHEAST
?`. COACHMAN ROAD AND DREW STREET, CONSISTING OF A
` PORTION OF LOT 4, MOSELL ACRES SUBDIVISION, PINELLAS
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY
HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
AS LIMITED OFFICE (OL); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater held a public hearing
.y for the determination and establishment of a zoning classification for the property
'. ; described herein, which was tentatively approved by the City Commission after its
evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and

WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act relating to amendments to land
development regulations have been complied with in connection with the amendment
set forth in this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable,

proper and appropriate, and in the public Interest;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER FLORIDA:
Section 1. The f allowing described ro rt In Clearwater Florida is hereby
zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas
,_ of the City is amended accordingly:
Property Zoning District
See Exhibit A attached hereto. OL - Limited Office

Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Section 3. The Planning Director Is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the
City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
r.k Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
f contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 4748-88.

' Start at the northwesterly corner of Lot 4 and go N 53%2134" E, 200.00
