AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE
LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED SOUTH OF AND ADJOINING NORTHEAST
COACHMAN ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 1,250 FEET
NORTHEAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF NORTHEAST
COACHMAN ROAD AND DREW STREET, CONSISTING OF A
PORTION OF LOT 4, MOSELL ACRES SUBDIVISION, WITHIN
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FROM LOW DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL TO RESIDENTIAL/OFFICE; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act (the Act) relating to amendments to,
an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof have been complied with in
connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable,
W proper and appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by changing the land use
category for the hereinafter described property as follows:

Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and elements thereof adopted pursuant
to the Act.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 4748-88.

Start at the northwesterly corner of Lot 4 and go N 53°52'34" E, 200.00
feet along the west line of said Lot 4 to the northeasterly corner of said
