AN ORDINANCE OF TIIE CrrY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE. ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON BELL DRIVE,
APPROXIMATELY 225 FELT WEST OP THE INTERSECTION OF
BELL DRIVE AND GROVE AVENUE, CONSISTING OF LOT 140
CANTERBURY HEIGHTS, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS
DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON
ANNEXATION INTO TIEE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-ti); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater has held a public
hearing for the determination and establishment of a zoning district classification for
the property described herein, which was tentatively approved by the City Commission
after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing, and
WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act relating to amendments to land
development regulations have been complied with In connection with the amendment
set forth in this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendmdnt set forth In this ordinance is found to be reasonable,
proper and appropriate, and In the public interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property In Clearwater, Florida, is hereby
zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas
of the City is amended accordingly:
Property Zoning District
Lot 14, Canterbury Heights, according to RS-6 - Single Family Residential
the map or plat thereof as recorded in
~ - Plat Book 49, Page 18, of the public records
of Pinellas County, Florida. (A-88-42)
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Section 3. The Planning Director Is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the
City In accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 4745-88.
