owner of the real property described herein requesting the City to annex the real

WHEREAS, the City Commission, at a regular meeting held on December 1,
1988, voted to accept the petition and authorized the preparation of an ordinance to N F

annexation prior to or at the time of first reading of this ordinance; and WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of Florida law, including the Local

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, the following describe € .;
property is hereby annexed into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater,
Florida and the bounder lines of the City are redefined to include the followin F

Lot 1, Oakmount Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 43, of the public records of Pinellas County,'
Florida, together with all abutting rights-of-way. `
