WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater held a public hearing for the determination and establishment of a zoning classification for the property described herein prior to or at the time of first reading of this ordinance; and ?y WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas as set forth herein was tentatively approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive b? 'Planning and Land Development Regulation Act relating to amendments to land q development regulations have been complied with in connection with the amendment k set forth in this ordinance; and WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: ` Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended accordingly: +F{ .f` Property Zoning District The North 45 feet of Lot 30, and the RS-8 - Single-Family Residential South 15 feet of Lot 29, Clearwater Manor, according to the map or plat x, thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 66, of the public records of u Pinellas County, Florida.
