AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CI,EARWATER, FLORIDA,
ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED
ON THE EAST SIDE OF BELCHER ROAD, APPROXIMATELY
225 FEET NORTH OF SOUTH LAGOON CIRCLE, CONSLSTING
OF PARTS OF LOTS 29 AND 30, CLEARWA'1~ER MANOR,
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, INTO THE CORPORATE
LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY
LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, Florida, has received a petition from the
owner of the real property described herein requesting the City to annex the real
property described herein into the corporate limits of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, at a regular meeting held on October 6, 1988,
voted to accept the petition and authorized the preparation of an ordinance to annex

Section 1. Pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, the following described
property is hereby annexed into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater,

Florida, and the boundary lines of the City are redefined to include the following:` '
The North 45 feet of Lot 30, and the South 15 feet of Lot 29, Clearwater
Manor, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, • :,'

Section 2. The City of Clearwater does hereby certify that the measures
contained in this ordinance are consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and a;' k
