ORDINANCE NO. 4793-09
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF DREW STREET,
APPROXIMATELY 825 FEET EAST OF BELCHER ROAD, PINELLAS
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN,
UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS
PUBLIC/SEMI-PUBLIC; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater held a public
hearing for the determination and establishment of a zoning classification for
' the property described herein prior to or at the time of first reading of this
ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas as set forth herein was
tentatively approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence
presented at the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act relating to amendments to land
development regulations have been complied with in connection with the amendment
set forth in this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is
hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the
zoning atlas of the City is amended accordingly:

ection 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance
is.consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Section 3. The Planning Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas
of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.

A parcel of land lying in the NW 1/4 of Section 18, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as
follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of the NW 1/4 of the. NW 1/4 of said
