PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ??i?31 7 5 WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, Florida, has received a petition from the r owner of the real property described herein requesting the City to annex the real f? N property described herein into the corporate limits of the City; and WHEREAS, the City Commission, at a regular meeting held on September 15,• r 1988, voted to accept the petition and authorized the preparation of an ordinance to annex the property; and. WHEREAS, the City Commission meld a public hearing upon the proposed annexation prior to or at the time of first reading of this ordinance; and WHEREAS,, all applicable requirements of Florida law, including the Local A Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act and the a 4 4 law relating to annexation, have been complied with in connection with this ordinance; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, the following described property is hereby annexed Into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, • t Florida, and the boundary lines of the City are redefined to include the following: See Exhibit A attached hereto. Section 2. The City of Clearwater does hereby certify that the measures # contained in this ordinance are consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and Individual elements thereof. #s Section 3, The City Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements,, streets, parks, plazas, places, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the areas so annexed.
