AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
NURSERY ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 300 FEET EAST OF
ROSETREE COURT, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS
DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON
ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS MULTIPLE-
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RM-8); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS', the City Commission of the City of Clearwater held a public hearing
for the determination and establishment of a zoning classification for the property
described herein prior to or at the time of first reading of this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas as set forth herein was
tentatively approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence
presented at the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act relating to amendments to land
development regulations have been complied with in connection with the amendment
set forth in this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable,
proper and appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, Is hereby
zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas
of the City is amended accordingly:

See Exhibit A attached hereto. RM-8 - Multiple-Family Residential
(A-88-30)
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance Is
consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Section 3. The Planning Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the
City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
