ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF SOUTH HAVEN DRIVE, APPROXIMATELY 200 FEET SOUTH OF NURSERY ROAD, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY NM.- {' T? Pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, the following described ;...- property is hereby annexed Into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, ?.. ` Florida, and the boundary lines of the City are redefined to include the following:? . Lot 32 of South Haven Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as u r - , recorded in Plat Book 33, page 69, of the public records of Pinellas County, y ' Florida together with that portion of South Haven Drive lying west of and adjacent to Lots 31 and 32 of said South Haven Subdivision.
