WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, received a petition from John Zukowski, requesting the City to annex the real property described heroin, owned by him, into the corporate limits of the City; and WHEREAS, the City Commission, at a regular meeting held on August 18, 1988, voted to accept the petition and authorized the preparation of an ordinance to annex the property; and i •: f:.Y?P, WHEREAS, the City Commission held a public hearing upon the proposed annexation prior to or at the time of first reading of this ordinance; and . Section 2. The City of Clearwater does hereby certify that the measures contained in this ordinance are consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and individual elements thereof. Section 3. The City Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, streets, parks, plazas, places, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the areas so annexed.
