AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE

Planning and Land Development Regulation Act (the Act) relating to amendments to

an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof have been complied with in
' connection with the amt,ndment set forth In this ordinance; and
> WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable,
and appropriate;
proper NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
` Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by changing the land use
category for the hereinafter described property as follows:
