AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING , t ; CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF STATE ROAD 590, APPROXIMATELY 300 FEET EAST OF SPRING LAKE DRIVE CONSISTING OF LOTS 1 AND 1A, FLORIDA AS LAS COUNTY E , , L SPRING LAKE ESTATES, PIN DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE T FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-8); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE, ns ' WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hold a public hearing . for the determination and establishment of a zoning classification for the property described herein prior to or at the time of first reading of this ordinance; and WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas for establishing the zoning for , . such real property was tentatively approved by the City Commission after Its t evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and ' r • WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive FA; °°; 3 + .
