AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS ON THE CITY BY ZONING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF COUNTY ROAD 31
AND BAY VIEW AVENUE, APPROXIMATELY 800 FEET
SOUTH OF GULF-TO-BAY BOULEVARD, CONSISTING OF
LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 7, TOWN OF BAYViEW, AND PART OF
TRACTS B AND C, MYRON A. SMITH'S BAY VIEW
SUBDIVISION, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED
MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS PUBLIC/SEMI-PUBLIC
(P/SP) FOR PARCEL NO. 1 AND SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL (RS-6) FOR PARCEL NO. 2; PROVIDING AN

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater held a public hearing
for the determination and establishment of a zoning classification for the property
described herein prior to or at the time of first reading of this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas for establishing the zoning for
such real property was tentatively approved by the City Commission after its
evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act relating to amendments to land
development regulations have been complied with in connection with the amendment
set forth In this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable,
proper and appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby
zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas
of the City is amended accordingly:

Parcel #2 RS-6 - Single Family Residential
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Section 3. The Planning Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the
City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
