AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE
LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE
INTERSECTION OF COUNTY ROAD 31 AND BAY VIEW
AVENUE, APPROXIMATELY 800 FEET SOUTH OF GULF-TO-
BAY BOULEVARD, CONSISTING OF. LOT 3, BLOCK 7, TOWN
OF BAYVIEW, AND PART OF TRACTS B AND C, MYRON A.
SMITH'S BAY VIEW SUBDIVISION, WITHIN THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO
PUBLIC/SEMI-PUBLIC; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act (the Act) relating to amendments to
an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof have been complied with In
connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable,
proper and appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by changing the land use
category for the hereinafter described property as follows:

Section 2, The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
