CL, •.t''a r4[ y.. ?f}?f`r?s?F?'^.?i?a'.??• '•JI "' r ...r .?,.,..,..i:....+.r'.cM".i:.:wra ' ? ?a?..':...r...R £' iaii'%xfie.S'.o'F3z.#a?i?w r ? ? 1 r ORDINANCE NO. 4653-88 AN'ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING A PORTION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF FAIRBURN AVENUE AT ITS NORTHERN TERMINUS, APPROXIMATELY 200 FEET NORTH OF ENGMAN STREET, CONSISTING OF A TRACT OF REAL PROPERTY LYING NORTH OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK A, FAIR BURN ADDITION, SOUTH OF STEVENSONS CREEK, WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FROM PUBLIC/SEMI- PUBLIC (P/SP) TO NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL (CN) AND BY REZONING A PORTION THEREOF FROM AQUATIC LAND/COASTAL (AL/C) TO NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL (CN); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater held a public hearing on a proposed change to the zoning atlas of the City affecting the property described herein prior to or at the time of first reading of this ordinance; and WHEREAS, the proposed change to the zoning atlas was tentatively approved by the City Commission after Its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and' WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act relating to amendments to the development regulations of the City have been complied with in connection with the amendment set forth In this ordinance; and WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, Is hereby rezoned as indicated, and the zoning atlas of the City Is amended accordingly: Property See Exhibit A attached hereto. (Z-88-15) Zoning District From: Public/Semi-Public (P/SP) and Aquatic Land/Coastal (AL/C) To: Neighborhood Commercial (CN) Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance Is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. Section 3.
