OF ` FAIRBURN AVENUE AT ITS NORTHERN TERMINUS, APPROXIMATELY 200 FEET NORTIi OF ENGMAN STREET, CONSISTING OF A TRACT OF REAL PROPERTY LYING NORTH OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK A, FAIR BURN ADDITION, SOUTH OF STEVENSONS CREEK, WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FROM PUBLIC/SEMI-PUBLIC TO COMMERCIAL/TOURIST FACILITIES AND DESIGNATING A PREVIOUSLY UNDESIGNATED PORTION THEREOF AS COMMERCIAL/TOURMT FACILITIES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act (the Act) relating to amendments to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof have been complied with in connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 Is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Property Land Use Category See Exhibit A attached hereto. From: Public/Semi-Public or undesignated (L.U.P. 88-13) To: CommerclaI/Tourist Facilities Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and elements thereof adopted pursuant to the Act. Section 3.
