AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE
LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 800 FEET SOUTH OF
ENTERPRISE ROAD, ADJACENT ON THE EAST TO THE
PROPOSED EXTENSION OF LANDMARK DRIVE, WITHIN THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL
TO RESIDENTIAL/OFFICE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act (the Act) relating to amendments to
an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof have been complied with in
connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable,
proper and appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 Is amended by changing the land use
category for the hereinafter described property as follows:

See Exhibit A attached hereto. From: Low Density Residential
(L.U.P. 88-10)
To: Rest dential/Offfee
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and elements thereof adopted pursuant
to the Act.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, subject
to the approval of the land use designation by the Pinellas County Board of County
Commissioners.
