AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCA'T'ED AT THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF HERCULES AVENUE
AND CALUMET STREET, CONSISTING OF LOT 20,
CLEARWATER INDUSTRIAL PARK, PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN,
UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS
LIMITED INDUSTRIAL (IL); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE. ''
WHEREAS, on June 16, 1988, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater
held a public hearing for the determination and establishment of a zoning
classification for the property described herein; and
WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas for establishing the zoning for
such real property was tentatively approved by the City Commission after Its
evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act relating to amendments to land
development regulations have been complied with In connection with the amendment
set forth in this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment set-forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable,
proper and appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby
zoned as indicated upon annexation Into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas
of the City is amended accordingly:
Property Zoning District
Lot 20, Clearwater Industrial Park, IL - Limited Industrial
as recorded In Plat Book 44, Page 46,
of the public records of Pinellas
County, Florida, together with
abutting rights-of-way. (A-88-12)
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Section 3. The Planning Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the
City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
