AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER
OF THE INTERSECTION OF McMULLEN-BOOTH ROAD AND
STATE ROAD 590, CONSISTING OF LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK C,
DELLWOOD HEIGHTS, AND THAT PART OF TRACT ONE, BASKINS
REPLAT, NORTH OF RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, PINELLAS
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY
HEREIN, FROM LIMITED INDUSTRIAL TO INDUSTRIAL PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
