WHEREAS, on April 21, 1988, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hold a public hearing on a proposed change to the zoning atlas of the City affecting the property described herein; and WHEREAS, the proposed change to the zoning atlas was tentatively approved by the City Commission after Its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act relating to amendments to the development regulations of the City have been complied with in connection with the amendment set forth In this ordinance; and WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property In Clearwater, Florida, Is hereby r rezoned as indicated, and the zoning atlas of the City Is amended accordingly: Property Zoning District See Exhibit A attached hereto.
