AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF T1113 CITY BY REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE: OF
BAYSHORE BOULEVARD AND ON THE NORTH SIDE OF JOHN'S
PARKWAY, PINELLAS COUN'T'Y, FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED MORE
PARTICULARLY HEREIN, FROM RESIDENTIAL PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT TO AQUATIC LAND/COASTAL; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on April 21, 1988, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater
hold a public hearing on a proposed change to the zoning atlas of the City affecting
the property described herein; and
WHEREAS, the proposed change to the zoning atlas was tentatively approved by
the City Commission after Its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public
hearing; and
WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act relating to amendments to the
development regulations of the City have been complied with in connection with the
amendment set forth In this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable,
proper and appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property In Clearwater, Florida, Is hereby

rezoned as indicated, and the zoning atlas of the City Is amended accordingly:

(Z-88-7) To: AL/C - Aquatic Land/Coastal
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance Is
consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
