D t'.: .T ?b%•w .i «??Y .Y•Tv sittMVr?jl3 ORDINANCE NO. 4586-88 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF VIRGINIA AVENUE, APPROXIMATELY 150 FEET EAST OF BAYVIEW AVENUE, CONSISTING OF LOT ; ; BLOCK 1, BAYVIEW CITY SUBDIVISION, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE. CITY, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, received a petition from Ronni Bare and Jacqueline Bare, requesting the City to annex the real property described herein, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City; and WHEREAS, the City Commission, at a regular meeting held on March 3, 1988, voted to accept the petition and authorized the preparation of an ordinance to annex the property; and WHEREAS, on April 21, 1988, the City Commission held a public hearing upon the proposed annexation; and WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of Florida law, including , the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act and the law relating to annexation, have been complied with in connection with this ordinance; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, the following described property is hereby annexed into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, and the boundary lines of the City are redefined to include the following: Lot 3, Block 1, Bay View City Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 43, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Section 2. The City of Clearwater does hereby certify that the measures' contained in this ordinance are consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and individual elements thereof. Section 3. The City Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all easements, streets, parks, plazas, places, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the areas so annexed. Section 4.
