AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF TILE CITY BY ZONING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCA'T'ED ON THE SOUTH SIDE
s OF CURLEW ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 500 FEET WEST OF
COUNTRYSIDE BOULEVARD, PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN,
' UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS
PUBLIC/SEMI-PUBLIC (P/SP); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, on January 7, 1988, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater
held a public hearing for the determination and establishment of a zoning

f=, WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas for establishing the zoning for
such real property was tentatively approved by the City Commission after its
,.4 evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
s?.e Planning and Land Development Regulation Act relating to amendments to land
development regulations have been complied with in connection with the amendment
