WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act (the Act) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto relating to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for consistency with plans adopted G? pursuant to the Act; and 'r WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated as :;•.u } the LPA, and this ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC; ?a frz,ti r ??3 .;?
