FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
LOCA'T'ED ON THE WEST SIDE OF MCMULLEN-BOOTII
ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 1,300 FEET NORTH OF MAIN
STREET (g.R. 588), PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA,
INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, AND
`f REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO
INCLUDE SAID ADDITION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE

certain parcel of real property described herein, owned by It into the corporate limits

WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said request for

reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with plans adopted

streets, parks, plazas, places, rights-of-way and other dedications to the public which
have heretofore been made by plat, deed or user within the areas so annexed.
Section 4. The City Engineer, the City Clark and the Planning Director are
directed to Include and show the property described herein upon the official maps and
records of the City.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon Its adoption. The
City Clerk shall file one certified copy with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas
County, Florida, and shall file another certified copy with the Florida Department of
State within 30 days of adoption.
