WHEREAS, on December 3, 1987, the City Commission of the City of yH?

Clearwater held a public hearing for the determination and establishment of zoning ,
classifications for certain property annexed Into the City; and .
WHEREAS, certain of the amendments to the zoning atlas for establishing the '%

zoning for such newly annexed real property were approved by the City Commission
after Its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land ;
Development Regulation Act (the Act) requires that all development regulations and `r
amendments thereto relating to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be q
reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for consistency with the plan; and A
WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated as
the LPA, and the zoning change which is the subject of this ordinance has been °
referred to and considered by the PCPC; xg
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
' OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
