AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
VACATING THE SOUTH 1.0 FOOT OF THE EXISTING 10-FOOT
DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF LOT 70,
FORREST WOOD ESTATES, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it has been requested by Gregory S. and Cheri L. Wilson, owners of
certain real property located in the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the City vacate
a certain drainage casement; and
WHEREAS, after proper public notice and public hearing thereon, the City
Commission finds that said easement is not necessary nor required for municipal use
and It Is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the general
public that the same be vacated; now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following:
South 1.0 foot of the North 10 feet of Lot 70, Forest Wood Estates,
as recorded In Plat Book 69, Page 17, of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, less the West 10 feet,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater
hereby quitclaims and releases all of its right, title and interest thereto to the persons,
firms or corporations entitled thereto by law.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this ordinance in the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
