COUNTY FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it has been requested by Arthur H. Bruner, owner of certain real
property located in the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the City vacate a certain
utility easement, and ;
• WHEREAS, after proper public native and public hearing thereon, the City
Commission finds that said easement is not necessary nor required for municipal use==

and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the general

BE .IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following:
The East 9 feet of a 10-foot utility easement lying in the easterly 10+y

5, less the northerly 5 feet and less the southerly 5 feet,

Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this ordinance in the -
