Y?'4°• •'.??c?.?M?'.?1.. ••5• - U?•?... ?i ::ys ORDINANCE 4511-87 f f • l AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF KINGS HIGHWAY AND SUNSET POINT ROAD, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, FROM MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (1151-16) TO LIMITED OFFICE COL); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on November 5, 1987, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater held a public hearing on certain proposed changes to the zoning atlas of the City; and WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes to the zoning at)'as were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all evIdence presented at the public hearing; and WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act (the Act) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto relating to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for consistency with the plan; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated as the LPA, and the zoning change which is the subject of this ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSON OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby rezoned as indicated, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended accordingly: Pro er Zoning District Lots B and C, Brentwood Estates, From: RM-16 - Multi-Family Residential according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 28, To: OL - Limited Office of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. (Z-87-18) Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance Is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and elements thereof adopted pursuant to the Act, and directs that a copy hereof be forwarded to the LPA immediately upon adoption.
