WHEREAS,' on September 17, 1957, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater held a public hearing on certain proposed changes to the zoning atlas of the City; and WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes to the zoning atlas were approved by the City Commission after Its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act (the Act) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto relating to an adopted comprehensive plan or eleinent thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for consistency with the plan; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated as the LPA, and the zoning change which is the subject of this ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSON OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1.
