AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
VACATING-THE SOUTHERLY 2.33 FEET OF THE NORTHERLY 10-
FOOT DRAINAGE AND UTILI'T'Y EASEMENT LYING WITHIN LOT
515, MORNINGSIDE ESTA'T'ES SUBDIVISION UNIT OB; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it tins been requested by Richard V. and Sandra R. Hart, owners of

certain real property located in the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the City vacate
a certain drainage and utility easement; andf;
WHEREAS, after proper public notice and public hear;ng thereon, the City'
' Commission finds that said easement is not necessary nor required for municipal use
and It is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the general' x?

firms or corporations entitled thereto by law.
