WHEREAS, on September 3, 1987, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater held a public hearing on certain proposed changes to the zoning atlas of the City; and a? WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes to the zoning atlas were approved by the City Commission after Its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and ,asp r6 ' _: WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act (the Act) requires that all development regulations and .?,, ?t•?;l amendments thereto relating to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be ' reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for consistency with the plan; and x. f ;? WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated as s-t the LPA, and the zoning change which is the subject of this ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC; +tt yS{+ ti Yk, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSON ' OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: -: , 1 70 Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby r rezoned as indicated, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended accordingly: Property Zoning District' Lot 112, Replat of Ardmore Place, From: RS-8 - Single Family Residential according to the plat thereof as z= 4 i? 4 recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 56, To: P/SP - Public/Semi-Public Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
