municipal connectiog link State Road within said City, which Road is known and
described as follows:

WHEREAS, in order to facilitato such work it is necessary that pro-
visions be made for adjustment, change or relocation of certain facilities and!
or utilities within said City and located within the right of way of said mun-
icipa1 connecting link State Roed or aDpurte~~ncos thereto, viz:
Any and all water mains, fire hjur8nts, sanitary sewers, gas mains,
fire and police call systems, te 10 phone , oloctricol and telegrDph
systems, including poles, polo lines end underground facilities
thereof, ond any other utilitios nnd faoilities within such right
of way.
NCU, THEREFORE, the premises considered and in conaidoro.tion of the
sum of One ($1.00) Dollar moving betweon the partios and in furthor consider-
ation of tho mutu.-el covenants heroinaftor containod, it is agreod by the parties

any such facilities or utilities to be adjusted, changed or relocated
is made a part hereof by reference.
