AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CI'T'Y BY ZONING
PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTII SIDE OF WOODBINE
STREET APPROXIMATELY 460 FEET EAST OF BETTY LANE,
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED MORE
PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-8);
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on August 20, 1987 the City Commission of the City of Clearwater

held a public hearing for the determination and establishment of zoning classifications 21•11
for certain rb ert annexed into the City; and
WHEREAS, certain of the amendments to the zoning atlas for establishing the zoning for such newly annexed real property were approved by the City Commission
after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and t? rr?#r y+'y
WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land
Development Regulation Act (the Act) requires that all development regulations andsi

amendments thereto relating to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be
reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for consistency with the plan; and
WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated as z Ut_3r ??{t }11%'j
the EPA, and the zoning change which is the subject of this ordinance has been

referred to and considered by the PCPC; ?
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:'
