W A ORDINANCE NO. 4458-87 1 ; AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLO1tIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING ' PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF NURSERY ROAD, '$#{ APPROXIMA'T'ELY 275 FEET EAST OF BELCHER ROAD, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (CG); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on June 18, 1987, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater ,<<,;;>•a,• held a public hearing for the determination and establishment of zoning classifications ``fr4 for certain property annexed into the City; and WHEREAS, certain of the amendments to the zoning atlas for establishing the . tiF yam. zoning for such newly annexed real property were approved by the City Commission . ' . after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and i>s ., vl K':??,.?,?a4 WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land tT?y Development Regulation Act (the Act) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto relating to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be 7 .fSjYa„? reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for consistency with the plan; and , , WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated as the LPA, and the zoning change which is the subject of this ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: ' Section 1.
