AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLO1tIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING
' PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF NURSERY ROAD,
'$#{ APPROXIMA'T'ELY 275 FEET EAST OF BELCHER ROAD, PINELLAS
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY
HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
AS GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (CG); PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on June 18, 1987, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater

WHEREAS, certain of the amendments to the zoning atlas for establishing the

WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land

amendments thereto relating to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be

, WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated as
the LPA, and the zoning change which is the subject of this ordinance has been
referred to and considered by the PCPC;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
