'.'. _w ..xi•.?r`:':._ ... .?. ... ..?.. isi.e. ... _,. ... ._._>_'.'.:`-'?"::"?'.`!'r - _ 1 l br:?1 r.:4r-1...:??... i i ORDINANCE NO. 4458-87 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE- CITY BY ZONING PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF HERCULES AVENUE, IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF AND ADJACENT TO THE SEABOARD COAST LINE RAILROAD, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS LIMITED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (IL); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on July 2, 1987, the City Commission of th'e City of Clearwater held a public hearing for the determination and establishment of zoning classifications for certain property annexed into the City; and WHEREAS, certain of the amendments to the zoning atlas for establishing the zoning for such newly annexed real property were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act (the Act) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto relating to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for consistency with the plan; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated as the LPA, and the zoning change which Is the subject of this ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby zoned as Indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater; and the zoning atlas of the City is amended accordingly: Property Zoning District I See Exhibit A attached hereto IL - Limited Industrial A-87-21) Section 2.
