Section 1. Subsection (e) of Section 136.020, Code of

group and congregate care facilities shall be governed by the ?.

` (1) Family care facilities shall be treated as a single-family
dwelling for the purpose of determining applicable dimensional and
numerical development requirements and, therefore, shall conform
