"?''•f .?.:'re" ?.e J, ?!.+-.ti:'i?,a+?y? ?• 'F7?'k. .i!fi ORDINANCE NO. 4416-87 ., m Acv ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, RELATING TO THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; AMENDING - SECTION 136.007(e), CODE OF ORDINANCES, 4'0 DELETE THE REGIS'T'RATION REQUIREMEN'T' FOR NONCONFORMING DENSI'T'Y OR FLOOR AREA AS A CONDI'T'ION FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OR REPLACEMENT THEREOF AFTER DAMAGE 6R DESTRUCTION BY NATURAL CAUSES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DA'Z'E. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: • i• I - 3 Section 1. Subsection (e) of Section 136.007, Code of ordinances, is amended to read: Section 136.007. Nonconformities. (e) Nonconforming density and floor area. Any use of land which exceeds the density or floor area limitations contained in chapter 135 as determined by zone may be continued subject: to the following: (1) Such density and floor area conformed with applicable zoning and code requirements at the time it was established and was made nonconforming through a subsequent rezoning or code amendment.
