AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF GULF
TO BAY BOULEVARD, APPROXIMATELY 300 FEET LAST OF
BELCHER ROAD, BEING A POR'T'ION OF GREEN ACRES MOBILE
HOME PARK, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED
MORE PARTICULARLY IIEREIN, FROM GENERAL COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT (CG) TO MOBILE HOME PARK DISTRICT (RMH);
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on December 11, 1980, the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater held a public hearing on certain proposed changes to the zoning atlas of
the City; and
WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes to the zoning atlas were approved by
the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public
hearing; and
F WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land
Development Regulation Act (the Act) requires that all development regulations and
amendments thereto relating to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be
reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for consistency with the plan; and
,. WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated as
the LPA, and the zoning change which is the subject of this ordinance has been
referred to and considered by the PCPC;
I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSON
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby
rezoned as indicated, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended accordingly:

Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and elements thereof adopted pursuant

adoption.
Section 3. The Planning Director Is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the
City In accordance with the foregoing amendment.
