NO. 4325-87 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING PROPERTY LOCATED ON TWO PARCELS ON BOTH SIDES OF HERCULES AVENUE, BETWEEN SEABOARD COAST LINE RAILROAD AND CALUMET STREET, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS LIMITED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (IL); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. a WHEREAS, on December 11, 1986, the City Commission of the City of , Clearwater held a public hearing for the determination and establishment of zoning classifications for certain property annexed Into the City; and - WHEREAS, certain of the amendments to the zoning atlas for establishing the 4 zoning for such newly annexed real property were approved by the City Commission k ' L after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and f WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act (the Act) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto relating to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be ' t reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for consistency with the plan; and' WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated as the LPA, and the zoning change which is' the subject of this ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended accordingly: Property Zoning District (A-86-31) See Exhibit A attached hereto IL - Limited Industrial V Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance Is ? consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and elements thereof adopted pursuant ti t to the Act, and directs that a copy hereof be forwarded to the LPA immediately upon adoption. • r i Ord. 4325-87 3/19/87 Section 3, The Planning Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the L City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
