AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING} THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING el PROPERTY LOCATED ON LOT 19, CLEARWATER INDUSTRIAL SY PARK, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CALUMET STREET, APPROXIMATELY 450 FEET EAST OF HERCULES AVENUE, Via'' ' PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED MORE • PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS LIMITED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (IL); t ' PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on November 20, 1986, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater held a public hearing for the determination and establishment of zoning classifications for certain property annexed into the City; and .err WHEREAS, certain of the amendments to the zoning atlas for establishing the zoning for such newly annexed real property were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and 5"t = ' WHEREAS1+ the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act (the Act) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto relating to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for consistency with the plan; and Yr t WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated as 4? The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance Is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and elements thereof adopted pursuant to the Act, and directs that a copy heieof be forwarded to the LPA Immediately upon adoption.
