AMENDING} THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING

SY PARK, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CALUMET STREET,
APPROXIMATELY 450 FEET EAST OF HERCULES AVENUE,

• PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, AS LIMITED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (IL);

WHEREAS, on November 20, 1986, the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater held a public hearing for the determination and establishment of zoning
classifications for certain property annexed into the City; and

WHEREAS, certain of the amendments to the zoning atlas for establishing the
zoning for such newly annexed real property were approved by the City Commission
after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and

Development Regulation Act (the Act) requires that all development regulations and
amendments thereto relating to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be
reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for consistency with the plan; and
