AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELATING TO THE LAND f'
USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO CHANGE
THE LAND USE DESIGNA'T'ION FOR THREE PARCELS OF LAND
LOCATED NORTH AND SOUTH OF DRUID ROAD, WEST OF THE
FLORIDA POWER RIGHT-OP-WAY, AND APPROXIMATELY 350 ?a
FEET EAST OF EDENVILLE AVENUE, WI'T'HIN THE CITY ;
OF CLEARWATER * PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DA'L'E.
WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act°?-
(LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments in?
thereto related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof '

WHEREAS, the Pinellas-County Planning Council (PCPC) has been
