Y4: ??i,r, -?1'•?•`yy?., t ORDINANCE NO. 4249-86 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CI'T'Y OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING THE NORTHERN PORTION OF A PARCEL LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF'T'HE INTERSECTION OF STATE ROAD 590 AND MCMULLEN BOOTH ROAD, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEAR- WATER, AS MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDEN'T'IAL "EIGHT" DISTRICT (RM-8); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on July 17, 1986, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public heariny for the determination and establishment of zoning classifications for certain property annexed into the City; and WHEREAS, certain of the amendments to the zoning atlas for establishing zoning for such newly annexed real property were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto-relating to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with the plan; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the zoning change which is the subject of this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: r ' 1 I . r Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby zoned as hereinafter indicated, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended accordingly: Zoned RM-8 - Multiple-Family Residential "Ei ht" District See Exhibit A attached hereto. Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that the measures contained in this ordinance are consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and elements thereof adopted pursuant to the LGCPA, and directs that a copy of this ordinance be forwarded to the LPA for their receipt and appropriate action.
