',i•+..? . ....?.e?.t.? . .? ? .'?.:.•. ia" IY A*Vk ORDINANCE NO. 4243-86 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELATING TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF HIGHLAND AVENUE, BE'T'WEEN LEMON STREET AND SEABREEZE STREET, WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the'Local G6oa rnment Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) requires that all•development regulations and amendments thereto related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC has adopted guidelines with reference to such required referral process,-'and WHEREAS,•this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC under said process; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: / 1 i- 1 I , "?%r- Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Property Land Use Category (L.U.P. 86--20) Lot 238, From: Recreation/Open Space Highland Lake Subdivision, 4'Eh Addition, LESS the East To: Low Density Residential 5 feet and the West 110 feet of the East 115 feet of the South 137.5 feet, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, page 97 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, less existing right-of-way. Section 2. The City of Clearwater does hereby certify that the measures contained in this ordinance are consistent and in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Plan and individual elements thereof adopted pursuant to the LGCPA and directs that same be forwarded to the LPA for their receipt and appropriate action. -1- Ord. 4243-86 12/18/86 ! t ,['.FJ is ?. 5k 0.1 Section 3.
