4230-86w ORDINANCE NO. 4230-86 s AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELATING TO THE LAND USE ELEMEN'T' OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR LOTS 1 AND 23, BLOCK t 2, ACKER'S SUBDIVISION, LOCATED AT THE EASTERLY CORNER OF 'T'ILE INTERSECTION OF S'L'ATE ROAD 580 AND CHARLES AVENUE, WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DA'T'E. WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof " be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been {. designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC has adopted guidelines with reference to such required referral j process; ..and s WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC under said process; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Pro ert • .?-Y Land Use Category (L.U.P. 86•-15) Lots 1 and 23 From: Commercial/Tourist in Block 2 of Acker's Subdivision Facilities and Low according to the map or plat Den,-,iFty Residential thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, page 91 of the Public Records To: Residential/Office of Pinellas County, Florida, together with abutting right-of- way of State Road 580. Section 2. The City of Clearwater does hereby certify that the measures contained in this ordinance are consistent and in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Plan and individual elements thereof adopted pursuant to the LGCPA and directs that same be forwarded to the LPA for their receipt and appropriate action.
