Section 136.022. Parking standards.

(1) Parking restrictions in residential areas. For the dual purpose of preserving
attractive residential areas within the city and promoting safe unimpeded traffic
circulation throughout such neighborhoods, the following parking restrictions shall '
apply: 7
(1) Within street right-of-way. The following vehicles shall not be parked or
stored on any public street right-of-way contiguous to a residentially zoned `

a. Any boat or boat trailer. g ,
b. Any hauling trailer. j
C. Any of the following recreational vehicles: travel trailers, motor

homes and camping trailers.
d. An semitrailer truck or cab.
' e. Any commercial vehicle.

transport wastes or hazardous or noxious materials shall be parked or
stored on an residential) zoned property.
WW En&rcement. The preceding parking restrictions shall be enforced
according to the terms contained in article VI of chapter 137 and the
following:
a. The aforementioned parking restrictions shall not apply to
commercial vehicles during the actual performance of a service at
the premise where it Is parked.
b. The aforementioned parking restrictions shall not apply to the
loading, unloading or cleaning of vehicles provided such act is fully
completed in twenty-four (24) hours.
