ORDINANCE NO. 4193-86
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
RELATING TO THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; AMENDING
SUBSECTION (g) OF SECTION 137.011, CODE OF ORDINANCES, TO
PROVIDE THAT EACH APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE
SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ACCURATE SITE PLAN DRAWN
TO SCALE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subsection (g) of Section 137.011, Code of Ordinances, is amended to

read:
Sec. 137.012. Conditional uses.
(g) Application and submission requirements.
(1) An application for a conditional use shall be prepared on a form to be
provided .U forms available at the offiee of the development code administrator and
shall be signed by the owner or tenant of the property. Any application signed by a
tenant shall be supplemented by a written statement of consent from the property
owner.
(2) The application shall be filed' at the office of the development code
administrator together with an application fee- At the time the app}ieatien is flied;
the development eede administrator shall require the applicant to pay a fee according
to a schedule established by the city commission.
(3) Each a lication shall be accompanied b an accurate site tan drawn to
scale Identifying the current off-street parking available on the site-, an new
proposed parking layout; Ingress to and egress from the site-, gross and net area of the
sites existing uses on the site including the location and floor area of all building; and
such other information as the code administrator may reasonably. res Any
supplementary information, exhibits, plans or maps which are to accompany and
constitute part of the application shall be submitted to the code administrator at the
time of filing of the application; twelve (12) copies of all such documents shall be
required for distributional purposes.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
