ORDINANCE NO. 4177-86 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING ' PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN LANDMARK DRIVE AND MGMULLEN BOOTH ROAD, IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF LANDMARK PLACE CONDOMINIUMS, PINELLAS COUN'T'Y, FLORIDA, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; AS SINGLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL "SIX" DISTRICT (RS-6); PROVIDING : AN EFFECTIVE DATE. f WHEREAS. on April 17, 1986, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the determination and establishment of zoning classifications • for certain property annexed into the City; and WHEREAS, certain of the amendments to the zoning atlas for s establishing zoning for such newly annexed real property were i approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public,hearing; and WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act t (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto relating to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for ' conformance with the plan; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the zoning change which is the subject of this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: ' F Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby zoned as hereinafter indicated, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended accordingly: Zoned RS-6 -- Single-Family Residential "Six" District North 1/4 of SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 21, Township 28 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas ' County, Florida, less the East 100 feet for road right-of-way and less the North 25 feet i. of the East 11'.0 feet. 1 S Ord. 417786 FOR AFFIDA^7VIpT? The City Commission does hereby certify that the measures contained in this ordinance are consistent with the City's t Comprehensive Plan and elements thereof adopted pursuant to the LGCPA, and directs that a copy of this ordinance be forwarded to the LPR for their receipt and appropriate action. Section 3. The Planning Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
