POOLS AND SCREENED POOL ENCLOSURES IN THE RS-2, RS-4,
RS-6, IIS-'8, RM-8 (TWO-FAMILY AND THREE-FAMILY DWELLINGS
ONLY), AND RM-12 (TWO-FAMILY AND THREE-FAMILY
DWELLINGS ONLY) ZONING DISTRICTS; AMENDING SECTIONS
135.011, 135.0171 135.023, 135.029, 135.035, 135.036, 135.443 AND
c.i 135.049 CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE

# ~. WHEREAS, various provisions in the Land Development Code require that the

Section 1. Paragraph b of subsection (5) of Section 135.011, Code of Ordinances,
